NIO Cocktails Reviews

Ordered 6pm yesterday, arrived 11am today! Attractive packaging, a box containing 6 flat, square containers of my chosen selection of cocktails. Couldn't wait for the sun to get over the yardarm, so tried the Gimlet with lunch (!) and it was delicious! Looking forward to trying the others in due course.

Absolutely appaling. Ordered twice, got zero cocktails. They messed up all addresses, switched from hermes to DPD. I got like 20 emails about deliveries and still 0 cocktails.

I have used Nio for over 12 months and found the quality of their products fantastic. Recent experiences have been from from this experience. Regular occurrence of products being sold out, issues with 3 deliveries in the last 12 weeks with limited no communication Instagram messages viewed and ignored while products are marketed. Disappointed! customer service very much lacking will not be using them again!

I’ve ordered from NIO twice now for gifts and both times the cocktails arrived on time and were delicious. Good serving sizes and nice and strong. The box could be a little sturdier - it has come through a little squished both times, but everything inside was in good condition and looked very cool and premium. I’m very happy with the gifts I’ve bought (as were the recipients) and despite them being a touch pricey I would definitely use NIO again.

Received these as a present and have ordered a number of times since. Expensive, but a lovely treat. Particularly love the Cosmopolitan and Negroni!

So far the cocktails have not been drunk as they were a gift, so unable to comment on that. However as they were a gift, which I wanted to arrive on a particular day, I would have liked the opportunity to include a message to say who they were from, also there was no option to book a delivery for a set day - which meant they had to be delivered early so as not to risk missing the day in question, I don't know why these can't be offered.

Not great, had to drink with lemonade as too strong.
Not a great taste for the money either.

decided to try these on the off chance even though the review were not great. They were nothing special and i really didnt enjoy them. Rather gutted but have since found another company which were great and not premade!

My order was stolen and though it was a fault of the delivery provider, Nico cocktails sent out my order again straight away. I got to enjoy 3 delicious cocktails with my friends over zoom just in time.

Arrived with one of the cocktails leaking all over the box. Customer service promised a replacement - still not arrived.
The taste of most of them was awful. They had a musty taste and we had to add lemonade to even drink them.

I ordered the cocktails 7 days ago realising I had ordered the wrong cocktails. The day I ordered I emailed customer service to amend the order. I have had no reply and now I have got the wrong cocktails. I am sure they will taste nice but I wanted to drink the same cocktails as my fiends. I didn’t want to cancel the order I just wanted to amend but have had not communication at all.

I really like these. I have ordered them three times personally and I know about 8 others who have ordered them based on my recommendation. The cocktails are good, convenient and quite strong! The packaging is simple and nice but not the most robust and I have had a few that have leaked (hence 4 stars). However, I cannot fault their customer service as they dealt with it promptly, without many questions and my replacements were in the post the same day. All in all I would recommend.
